Miriam Iscla

This Catalan actress began her career after completing her studies at the Theatre Institute of Barcelona in 1992. She is one of the founders of the company T de Teatre and became well known not only in Catalonia but also all over Spain and in South America for her roles in Homes, Criatures, and Petits Contes Misògins

In 2007, she shined in the debut of Com Pot Ser que T’Estimi Tant, playing the role of two sisters.  After this success, she decided to leave T de Teatre to work as a freelance actress and went on to collaborate with directors such as Lluís Pasqual and Sergi Belbel. Despite being known mainly as a theatre actress, Iscla gained fame for her role as Diana in the TV series Jet Lag, a role she played for six years.

She also participated in various productions for TV3, Antena 3, and Tele5. More recently, Míriam Islca has explored other professional roles such as director, coordinator, and screenwriter for series.
